The server checks the coordinates against the office geofence and rejects anything outside the radius, spoofed, or off a bound device.
Status (on-time, late, half-day) is computed against office hours using server time and appears live on the dashboard.

AMS ships as three connected parts — the employee mobile app, the admin web dashboard, and the secure cloud backend that ties them together.
The phone only reports coordinates; whether a punch counts is decided by our backend against your geofence. Nothing on the device can override it.
Every timestamp uses server time. Employees can’t win early check-ins by changing their phone clock or time zone.
Mock-location and GPS-spoofing apps are detected and rejected, with a clear message to the employee.
Each login binds to a single phone. Re-binding needs an admin — so no one clocks in for someone else.
Multi-tenant by design: every company and department only ever sees its own people and data.
